Thoughtful Reuse

Each sachet may be used multiple times. For optimal freshness and aromatic potency, we recommend up to four uses per sachet. Allow to fully dry between uses.

The sachet may be steeped directly in hot bath water, used in sitz-style soaking, or suspended above steam in a safe seated position. These practices are often chosen during postpartum transition to help ease soreness, encourage relaxation, and support overall comfort.

It may also be applied externally following vaginal or cesarean birth. When warmed or cooled, place externally on the vulvar area or on the lower abdomen near—but not directly on—a cesarean incision. These applications are often chosen during periods of tenderness or swelling to support comfort.

For cesarean recovery, always place a clean cloth barrier between the sachet and the abdomen. Do not apply directly to open incisions, healing wounds, or broken skin. Always ensure temperature is comfortable before use.
